Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it in a way that could harm us, our suppliers or other users.
Information on this website
We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but its content is general information. It is not business, legal, financial or technical advice tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on it.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any scope, timetable, fees, payment terms, deliverables and responsibilities will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Services and results
SEO, digital marketing and technology work depend on factors outside our control, including search platforms, competitors, third-party services and your own website. We will provide services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or a particular commercial outcome unless we expressly agree this in writing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, lawful content and the access needed to carry out agreed work. You remain responsible for decisions made using our recommendations and for your own products, services and legal obligations.
Payments and intellectual property
Fees and payment arrangements are set out in the applicable written agreement. Ownership and licence rights in deliverables are also governed by that agreement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, tools and know-how.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Any additional limits of liability will be set out in the written agreement for the relevant services.
Links and third parties
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
